I have 27 years experience in Head Start with the following:
	* Family and Community Partnerships Manager in a Head Start program for 21 years * Producer and Director of two videos sold nation-wide to Head Start programs, "The Volunteer Training Video" and the "Policy Council Training Video" * Resource Specialist for Region 8 Head Start Quality Improvement Center for 6 years. * Designer of a 10-state mentoring program for Head Start organizations. * Mentor Coach Specialist

I offer individual and group coaching for Head Start/EHS directors and managers. Participants are asked to make a three-month commitment. All coaching is conducted over the phone. No travel is required.

Individual coaching (see coaching page on this website)
	You will receive resources like coaching skills, self-assessments, goal sheets and other information identified to meet your needs. The coaching relationship includes an intake process followed by 12-half hour sessions.
Group coaching
	Group coaching creates a circle of caring support, establishes a framework for accountability and responsibility, transforms organizations, businesses, relationships and quality of life and produces a collective wisdom that spawns winning ideas and perspectives. Group coaching sessions are provided two times per month for one hour each. In addition, you will receive an individual coaching session once a month. Group coaching is available for Head Start/EHS Directors and Family and Community Partnership Managers.
